Health work.

I'm waiting on is a COVID nasal swab test. I was told to isolate myself for the next few days, which basically means no going to the local corner store for coffee after the afternoon bike ride until after the test comes back.

Something I'm grappling with, in a good way, came from the test. I got to be in a room with a scale for the first time since I was last at the gym in March, which had a scale in the locker room, presumably for marketing rather than any health purposes. I weighed maybe three or four pounds more than I did the last time I checked my relationship to gravity. I can allow, I was wearing clothes, not standing nude after a workout and ten-minute steam room session, and I can tell myself, I don't know how my body composition and density has changed, and I know I can say, that's not a big change.

So I can eat a couple more dried tangerine slices without concern.
