I'll wait until after the High Holidays to start worrying about the logistics of going to ConFabCon. Given how much less travel is involved for that - half the country instead of all of it - it's something that I can afford to wait a little while on. That, and I've already registered for it, and I haven't made even that vague a commitment to Escapade yet.
Someday I'll be in good enough fortunes to make that trip. Just not as far as I can see right now. Which is probably just as well, since taking a day in Chicago's easier than taking a day in Los Angeles.
