Foodenings.

At first I thought I wouldn't do any cooking today - I've got plenty of stuff in the fridge already.

Then I thought I might as well roast those sweet potatoes so they don't go bad.

Then I went ahead and sautéed an onion and some garlic and had them over the potatoes along with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt.

Given how little effort this took to put together, how delicious it was, and how little it cost, I'll have to do it again sometime.
