Moving past the feeling.

Blue moons are more common than most people might think, and they're still rare enough to be worth marking. They're not necessarily an omen or a portent, the way a crow isn't indicative of anything other than a crow. But crows are worth marking, too - stopping everything I was doing to watch one for a few minutes as it rested and called out from the very top of a nearby water tower before setting off. I know other people don't think highly of them, and I don't think highly of those people. They're suitably handsome birds.

Spending a couple hours hanging out with people online and chatting about potential convention panels is, also, worth remarking on, because it's always good to write it down and remember the times you make someone laugh.
