The night before.

Packing before a trip is always an exercise in assessing resources and available space. Even though I'm going somewhere with laundry facilities and I can wash things, it's a struggle to keep myself from packing enough socks for every day I'll be there.

I've set aside my music and I'll get my backpack and toiletries together tomorrow morning. We aren't leaving until the afternoon, so that gives me some time to manage the worry that always comes before leaving for anything. Get my reading material and my travel laptop ready and start to get excited to go.
