Nov. 5th, 2022 09:09 pmAn unusual amount of trouble falling asleep last night had me staying in bed and waking up around 11, which has me thinking I should try to stay up until at least that time to attempt a balanced day/night cycle. I'm also wondering what I should try in the future to avoid this sort of thing from happening again.
Tomorrow's the clock shift, which should theoretically help in some small way, and mostly, I don't want to wait literal hours to fall asleep.
