I did PT for the first time in a while last night, and I did some weight training tonight for the first time in almost two weeks, and there's some places that are okay picking up where I left off and some muscle groups that have gotten lazy in a very short time. In any case, it feels good to get back to it.

On the bike ride this morning, there were crows, jays, peregrine falcons, and a bald eagle. Not a bad set of equinox birds.
