Two by two by two.
Feb. 22nd, 2022 10:10 pmAs I've threatened, I've now finally started a specific Tumblr account for poetry readings, Harsh Repose. There's some in there I haven't linked to over here for one reason or another. So it should be a little repository for them, because Tumblr's an oddly good option as a place to easily upload and share a lot of short videos and keep them all in one place. It's password protected for the moment, so let me know and I'll share the password.
In the meantime, some other poems.
"Midday Darkness" by DL, which gives me good shivers,
"Scheherazade" by Carol Ann Duffy, which had me trying to send him this video in my request but technology worked against both of us that time around,
"The Owl and the Pussycat" by Edward Lear, read as though either William is putting his kids to bed or Spike is channeling his old accent to do the same,
"The Forgotten Dialect of the Heart" by Jack Gilbert, which I got from
nightdog_barks years ago,
"Three of Cups" by Marty McConnell, because it seemed apt for February 14th, and
"The Word" by Tony Hoagland, because we always need that kind of reminder.
