I spoke too soon last night: it was lovely and cozy in bed, but I couldn't manage to fall asleep. Another day operating on low reserves.

But, on the plus side, the doctor said I was done and could graduate PT. She sent me off with well-wishes, a handshake, and a reminder I could look her up if I have any more trouble she could help me deal with.
