It might even be worth drinking.
Aug. 10th, 2021 10:18 pmI've now found out there really is such a thing as free beer. An unopened, twelve-ounce can I found while I was out biking, just lying there in the gutter. At no cost to myself, I picked it up, stuck it in my backpack, and put it in the fridge to cool. No dents or breaks, no weak seams. Unopened and eminently potable.
It's an IPA, so I'm not saying it's good free beer. Miles of Jay & Miles X-Plain the X-Men said he drinks IPAs because he wants his beer to fight him. But hey: free beer.
Less news and more a regular report, chapter five of The Tiger is Out is up.
Of news, though, is a reading of What the Water Knows by Sam Hamill - whose own reading is here - that's giving me a big amount of feelings about the concept of forgiveness as the world holds itself steady at the very end of summer.
