It was another day at the ad hoc station, and another day of lingering in the kitchen area for about a half-hour because I still don't have clearance to be around patients discussing their treatments. At this point, I'm not sure if it'd be easier to get the program onto the new computer, or for me to get that clearance. It's a tough call.
On impulse, I picked up a stewing hen at the greenmarket today. I'm thinking the rice stew from Always Coming Home, though if anyone has any suggestions on cooking an old, tough chicken, I'd love to hear them.
