Nothing small.
Mar. 25th, 2016 02:05 pmI've reached the point where the only things that are certain to get me to fall asleep in under an hour are jet lag and alcohol, and neither of those is viable as a long-term solution.
Benadryl's off the table, since last night I took a standard dose and was still awake forty minutes later. I tried melatonin a while ago, but it only took three nights for it to stop working, and I'm guessing other over-the-counter sleep aids are going to be pretty much the same. There's the possibility of increasing the exercise I do - adding in cardio two or three times a week in addition to the usual stuff - and I'll see about giving that a try next week. But it'd still be nice to just have something that I knew would help.
