I deposited my job's last paycheck today. It wasn't a particularly spectacular moment, though in retrospect I'm still glad I didn't sign up for direct deposit. There's always something nice about rituals with physical components. Today also included another viewing of Fury Road and a visit to Eataly's Nutella bar where my brother and I split a vanilla Cornetto. If you ever have the opportunity to try one, I highly recommend it.

I'm also about done with something that, if it goes well this weekend, I'll begin posting on Sunday. Also properly starting a couple other things that I hope to barrel through on nights when I'm not feeling quite so tired - I got woken up by a thunderstorm last night, and as much fun as it was to lie and listen, it disrupted me enough I'm feeling more than a little wobbly. So more words should come tomorrow.
