Brief report.

As I do every Sunday I'm not on vacation, today I did my laundry. I also went to the gym, and baked scones for the Garden tomorrow. And that's been the extent of what I've managed to accomplish. This hasn't been a good day for being present and aware, much less productive. It's tempting to disavow all major responsibilities for the rest of the week, but I don't have any good way to explain how or why I'd do that to anyone who asks. Not that I anticipate tomorrow being much better, but I have hope for Tuesday and possibly Thursday.

And just as I figured out what kind of work a particular scene needs and a small realization about a way to turn a common fandom convention on its head, too. Maybe I'll get momentum going to carry me into next week.
