Bear the chair.
Sep. 19th, 2013 12:31 pmThe interview went pretty well - I asked some questions and answered all of theirs, and seemed to impress them with what I had to say. I'll hear back from them soon, one way or the other.
Whatever the outcome, I donated blood, and thanks to that I know I've done at least that worthwhile thing with this day. There was a blood center van a block away from the interview location, and I walked in, got my hematocrit tested, filled a bag in four minutes, ate some Oreos and walked out.
I'll be pushing fluids and taking it easy for the rest of today. Maybe bake bread. I did let my interviewers know I'd recently interviewed for something else, so that should help expedite their answer however it comes.
And seriously, four minutes. I didn't even know I could do that. A new personal best.
