I had an interview this morning for a local media-based nonprofit organization and I left it with an internship that'll start in June and end in August. It'll be a good opportunity for me to learn more about media archiving and editing, and all that jazz, and it'll be something to occupy at least three days a week. I'll be able to travel if I give advance notice, and if an offer comes up between now and then, they'll understand. And if one doesn't, at least I have something for summer.
The interview went really well, in no small part because I remembered they wanted me to be there, I wanted to be there, and I should stay open and cheerful even if I felt nervous. This will be a strategy to remember, I think.
