Making a note here.
Aug. 9th, 2011 09:59 pmIn unadulterated good news, I beat Portal today. Still alive, still alive. And now there can be cake.
In worse news, I need to get over my feelings about pointless whining and complaining, because I've got to start using this journal as a place to keep track of my general health. This is the third or fourth bout of sinus trouble - infection, cold, flu, whatever - since January, and maybe the fifth or sixth since moving to New York City. I didn't get sick this often in Pittsburgh, and basically never in California, and maybe it's the weather or living in a communal area or the air quality. I don't know what or why, but I need to start making notes so I can point to something and use that to show why I'm so unhappy.
