May. 15th, 2024 08:59 pmI had a short gig this afternoon going back to help an old client with some digital housekeeping stuff for a few hours. I'm headed back there tomorrow, which will be nice. It won't last very long, and I'm enjoying it while it's here. She's got a very nice tea collection and doesn't mind having someone help her work through it.
Among other things today, I got to show her the trick of saving a digital article as a PDF so she wouldn't have to do any Microsoft Word copy-pasting or other brute force workarounds. She was delighted and impressed, and I told her that it wasn't much of a trick, but you had to know exactly how to do it.
