Jan. 1st, 2024 08:35 pmI was already in bed last night when I heard a party counting down the seconds across the hall, and all the cheering and fireworks from the rest of the city. I enjoyed it a lot - the sensation of being surrounded by so many people laughing and happy. A little bit like I was a kid and my parents were hosting a party, that kind of feeling.
