Minor accomplishments.

Sometimes you have to crow about cooking feats. It's not even all that flashy or fancy, but it's something I'm proud of. A few old carrots, some leftover onions, some celery stalks at the bottom of the vegetable drawer, a full head of garlic. Some herbs, some spices. Three cans of white beans and three cans of cherry tomatoes - the tomatoes dissolving enough to create something of a sauce and something of a broth, tying the soup together and getting me lunch for another few days.

After not having done much of note for the last couple of days, it's a nice way to get myself a little more centered to look to what remains to the month.
