Sleeping in and skipping right to lunch is rarely a pleasure. It happened today and threw off the whole rhythm of things. I thought, there's no appointments or phone calls, no need to set the alarm - and in fact, there was.

While there's nothing tomorrow and it's not that late, I'm setting the alarm to see if I can avoid this kind of low-grade general lassitude and try to get some emails and phone calls out.
