Looking ahead.

Last week, one of the elevators in my building was shut down for repairs and maintenance.

Yesterday, the other elevator got shut down, too.

This isn't a problem yet. In all honesty, I'm kind of looking forward to doing laundry tomorrow. I keep telling people that "in-building laundry" is one of my non-negotiable apartment features, up there with doors and plumbing. If I'm so dedicated to doing my own laundry that I'll still do it even without the luxury of an elevator, I think that might help demonstrate my commitment to people. At least, I hope so.
