hannah: (Sam and Dean - soaked)
I had my first strawberries of the season today, and I had my fans on to cut the humidity for the first time this season, too. It's not summertime yet, but it's closing in faster than I'm ready for. There's been a bunch of overcast days of late and that always throws off my seasonal perception. I need to go by the light.

The carbon monoxide detector didn't like what I cooked up for the week's lunches, which did help precipitate the fans - it was weird, because it wasn't anything I haven't cooked in the past with no major deviations from previous technique, but it went on for over 30 minutes. Once it was finished - after I'd put it right in the path of a fan with the window open and another fan doing its job - I had a cider to forcibly unclench. I may have something else later, also.

Though I may also use this experience to describe what it's like talking to certain people, in terms of the incessant noise and inability to put my thoughts together.
