Thursday night.
Dec. 9th, 2021 10:54 pmI'm back to posting chapters of The Tiger is Out today. There's another six weeks' worth of chapters, plus the end notes to keep the fic itself from getting cluttered and untidy.
It's a delight to watch how pigeons will all zero in on the spots where I toss out seeds for them - sort of the fluid dynamic of the flocks. They'll come from all over the nearby area, and when they take off it's usually as one, circling around to roost up somewhere safe or circle around and back for whatever pigeon reason compelled them.
I'm starting to have to bundle up more often on the rides. The gloves are a new addition these last couple of weeks, with the turning of the seasons. I welcome it, and hope that it doesn't get much warmer than this for several months. The maple syrup industry needs it.
