Advantages to going biking in the morning: the city's still largely asleep, there's fewer cars out, it's quiet, it gets it out of the way so I don't feel restless later.

Disadvantages: I might still get restless later and the parks are unsafe.

Mostly the parks are unsafe.

I guess I can avoid them on weekends.
