Hail to the ice packs.
Nov. 2nd, 2021 10:24 pmRegular bike today, food-powered; I stayed in the park the whole time, and managed a decent ride in good time without much in the way of pain. I'll probably stay in the park another few days, largely because it's so flat compared to the usual street-level biking route.
It was a wonderfully beautiful day, at least to my eyes. The city trees are slipping into fall color, with some of them teasing it and others almost entirely denuded. On cool days with flat gray skies, looking up at just the right angle takes me to the Central Valley autumns I remember.
There's still no putting weight on the knee, but there's a lot less pain just sitting around.
