Words in the air.
Sep. 1st, 2021 07:44 pmIt's always good to start the month with poetry. For whatever the month will bring.
The small backlog of commissioned readings consists of the following:
Finding the Cat in a Spring Field at Midnight by Pattiann Rogers, which was uploaded with the mirror-flip, an issue I'm happy enough to write off by closing my eyes and just listening,
The Blur Between Fingers by Cassandra Warren, with what I'm pretty sure is a train offering background ambience,
Instructions on Not Giving Up by Ada Limón, and
Happiness by Jane Kenyon, which he recorded after spending a few days in Northern California, and has both a fairly tender anecdote before the reading and a bit of self-reflection after it.
