This is taking a toll.
Feb. 17th, 2021 10:01 pmThe desired replacement IKEA drawers that cover the full width of the bed aren't in production anymore. Nothing else is as deep - maybe halfway, if I'm lucky. But that's a lot of valuable and in-use storage space gone from my apartment, if I change things.
There's no getting my old rug back. That thing's gone. Far too ripped, far too worn, way too dusty under there to be fixed or washed.
It really bothered me the way my parents think I need to coordinate buying the rug with the bed, because they're so disconnected in my mind, and I don't even know where to get a new bed to start with. I haven't found any full-sized beds with either applicably similar storage, or the possibility of storage through an additional secondary object.
If anyone has any suggestions for websites I can check besides Design Within Reach, IKEA, and West Elm, I'd love to know.
