Sunday sleepiness.
Jul. 19th, 2020 08:35 pmAt 6:30 I was overcome with the urge for a nap.
I've so far listened to that urge inasmuch as I haven't done any writing, editing, baking, or cooking in the last two hours, and will try to go to bed at nine.
I've also been icing my sore hip on and off all day, which is new. My guess is that it's that, plus a couple nights of bad sleep, all catching up to me.
