Through the air.
Mar. 15th, 2013 03:56 pmIt's an odd byproduct of current social trends and mores that preparing for a vacation includes so much electronic housekeeping. Finally going through my inbox to answer old comments, provide replies, sort out irrelevant bits - it's easier after that mass cleaning I did a few months back, but it's still going to take a while. Which is all the more reason to make some more tea and get on with it.
Somewhat coincidentally, cleaning out my apartment for Pesach means not only have I baked bread twice this week and will make some again soon, but I unearthed the last instant of the oatmeal packets I managed to scrounge together at the Y. At least, I think that's where I got them - they might've come from the art gallery I interned in for a while, which was still quite some time ago. I know I haven't acquired any in several months, and probably should have just thrown them out instead of eating them.
I'm going to take it as a testament to modern chemistry that they were fine, and a subtle reminder to not replenish their numbers now that they're all gone.
