Face is falling.

There wasn't any writing at all today, of cover letters, fic, or otherwise - but to my credit I did a lot of cooking and set leftovers aside for later, tabulated some data I've been putting off, went grocery shopping and cleaned up my room, and did the week's laundry.

I'm used to measuring productivity in a very specific way. Years of school taught me how to do that. I don't think it's a good idea to get too far away from that mindset, and I'm not sure if I should count a day where I didn't do writing as wasting it or not. That sort of internal pressure tends to be useful if I can channel it right.

In any case, it's about bedtime, so I'll find out tomorrow.
