I know about some of your favorite TV series, but I don't think I'm aware of what movies you like?

High Fidelity, The Station Agent, Fly Away Home, The Squid and the Whale, Wonder Boys, Dead Poets Society, American Beauty, Pirates of the Caribbean - so I guess a mix of intimate stories and grand scale, sometimes both at the same time.
