If the person I'd be working with had been on site today, I'd have had the second interview immediately after the first one. As they weren't, I have to go back in for another. Which I'm taking as a very positive sign all around. My interviewer liked me, I remained open and diplomatic, and seemed to genuinely impress her a few times.

Here's hoping.
