Therapy went well today, too.
So I'm getting a tax return.
Since last year was, without exaggeration, the most lucrative year of my life, I finally got to paid taxes. And yesterday I got a note from the IRS stating I'll be getting a tax return in the next month or so.
Prior to last year, what income I got was pretty much in the "occasional latte" category; last year, it came close to the "actually covering groceries and bills" category. I have no idea what the return will consist of - probably something close to the "occasional latte" sort of paycheck - but I'm looking forward to it nonetheless. In all likelihood, I'll be spending it on fannish stuff. But then, isn't that what jobs are for to begin with?

I finally hooked my printer up, so I can now do my taxes too. I bet my federal and state will cancel each other out again.
