The check is in the mail, and come March, I'll be attending next year's muskratjamboree! Let's hear it for wait lists.

Now, I know that other people will be going, and I know of some of them. I know I'm bound to make some new friends, but an important part of con-going preparations is to see who I already know that's going to be there, to at least minimize worry over roommate sharing if nothing else.

So if anyone watching this space will be attending as well, a heads-up would be deeply appreciated.

Additionally, I might well look into some Boston-based tourism either before or after the convention itself, and any tips or hints for that would be more than welcome.

I spend way too much time in Boston, hah. I greatly enjoy their harbor ferry tour and Chinatown food.

I'll have to keep those in mind. Will you be staying at the hotel? Do you live in the city itself, or nearby?

Oh, I don't live in Boston, I just visit there 2-3 times a year. And yep, my hotel room is all set!
