Progression.
As of today, I am now thirty pounds from my goal weight!
By which I mean I managed 195 pounds on the deadlift and I should be able to hit 225 by August if I do it right. My dream is to manage 150 kilograms, and I know I'll get there eventually as long as I keep working at it. Until then, 225 is what I'm working towards. Stepping stones.
I also managed to do the laundry, vacuum, scrub the bathroom and kitchen-area sink, buy some non-market groceries, and sort through all the job listings to find a couple dozen leads to follow up on tomorrow. I don't know how I managed to finish everything on my to-do list, but I hope it bodes well for the upcoming week.
