Well-earned sweat.
When I went to the doctor yesterday to talk about the lingering crud from last week which thankfully seems to have passed, I got my weight taken and learned I'm 185 pounds. As I'm a woman less than five feet and ten inches tall, this would classify me as overweight according to any number of heuristic charts, but I don't care since I can authoritatively state I regularly deadlift at least thirty pounds more than I weigh. Four sets of two reps of 215 pounds this Sunday, and I'm eager for more.
In related news, today at the gym someone complimented me on my form on overhead squats and said I was the only other person he'd seen doing them, and we both agreed there should be more female weightlifters.
Booyah.

And, yeah, BMI charts. :-P They make no allowance at all for varying body compositions and types.
