Dizzy spiral.
If there's anything good about living at the Y, it's that tickets to events drop to $5 an hour before opening, and it's a thirty-second commute to the box office if the elevator's fast. Five dollars to hear Mary Roach speak is five dollars well spent. She talked about Packing for Mars and the research needed for it, and I need to pick up a copy when I've got the free time for a new subject.
I almost didn't go, then reminded myself of the small cost and how it'd be beneficial to get out for a bit. And turns out, I'm happier for having left my room for a little while. I won't have time for writing tonight, but I can make that up tomorrow if I play my cards right.
