Seriously, I mean seriously, when I was done I was literally jumping up and down and clapping my hands and I finished it almost a half-hour ago and I'm still grinning. There's no more, but I want there to be more! There has to be!

I'm trying to focus on writing a single-digit number of cover letters but man, I keep going back to the "WHAT IS THIS I CAN'T EVEN" mindset. Look, if you know me you know I think everything's better with superpowers, and I - look, I can't even - it's right here for me! I didn't have to do it myself!

And I'm right in the "shiny new fandom" bubble and it's such a seriously fun fandom and dammit I do not have the resources to start playing the game itself. But man, the joy. The joy.

It's all at eximplode, if you're curious. The fic, at least - there's fanart around, plus cosplay, and fuck yes I love this fandom.

I promise I'll get back to my typical reserved, introverted self as soon as possible. Give me a few minutes to tire myself out.

When you do start playing, let me know! I've had the game for almost a year and have done nothing with it. Yes, I'm terrible, stop looking at me like that.

I had a good two or three weeks where I got pretty interested in the fandom (i.e. the smutty fanart). The only thing that's stuck is I still read Cuanta Vida. It's probably fluffier than what you'd be looking for, but there it is, just the same.

Can I come to your house and play Team Fortress 2 sometime? Pretty please?

I've got over 150 MB of general fanart on my computer already, and most of that's pretty smutty. I know my interest will fade, but right now, in addition to the smut, I'm pretty interested in the fandom dynamics - where the fandom action takes place, the types of pieces created, vicarious gender performance for women, that sort of thing.

It's a pretty special fandom where watersports is canon. Kind of like Jackass and ass branding.
