Don't gaslight me.

Methods of drop-kicking free-floating anxiety: pictures of rabbits, cuddling my toy bunny, blue dresses on Etsy, anger over women's clothing, writing and deleting rants, "Nectarine, Part 1" and "Like A Luminous Girl" off Golden Delicious, and reading pages of general tropes and common devices for specific fandoms on Fanlore to get ideas for my next big House project.

Although wandering around there makes me wonder what I'd have to do in order to get anything of mine indexed on the appropriate pages. Is there a submission review board I simply don't know about?

The cool thing about the fanlore wiki is that you can get an account and add stuff without submitting or waiting for anyone else -- it's meant to be created by us.

Take a look at this draft FAQ and if you have questions, please comment there or ask me. http://fanlore.dreamwidth.org/30777.html

I can do that? It's allowed? It's not seen as self-pimping or ridiculous self-flattery? I've never been in a situation where I could do something like that, it seems so contrary to how I should behave for that sort of thing.
