REMIX REVEL!
You guys, YOU GUYS. I just got the best remix, I mean the best remix in the history of EVER. It's a story I'd forgotten I'd written and it somehow got the idea behind that story and made that idea perfect.
Pirates of the Caribbean is a fandom of my heart, and by God, I gotta bust out the DVD again. Time and Tide (DJ Lethe mix) - "James Norrington has everything he needs--a job at an independent IT firm, a couple roommates who pay rent on time, and a recurring dream about a pirate who is enough adventure for anyone to handle. Of course it can't stay that simple forever." And perhaps the best explanation for everything in the history of the universe:
Jack's grin was smug. "You're not dreaming, mate."
"But how..."
Jack's grin got, if anything, even wider. "Ah. See," he raised a finger, "I'm Captain Jack Sparrow."
Seriously, stop what you're doing and GO READ THIS. If I'm resorting to capslock, you know it's good.
