Kaboom.

Getting back to the grind of looking for and applying to jobs would be easier to get through if it was the kind of tiring that made going to bed easier, instead of the kind that simply drains all will to carry on. I know practice will help. It's disheartening to know I have to get back to it without even any rewards during the process itself. It's a struggle to connect the varying points of effort, especially if I try to do more than two or three of those points in a given day. The recovery time to get to a creative mindset to enjoy the evening and get to a point of being able to put myself to bed can be difficult to cultivate.

In other, stranger news, a can of flavored seltzer burst in my fridge, creating a fairly shocking and downright terrifying sound. Thankfully, as it was flavored seltzer, it's not going to get unduly sticky, and the only harm done is that I'm disappointed in not getting to drink it.
