This afternoon I watched someone try to buy an iced latte with her phone, run into an issue, force the cafe to refund the transaction, and start over from scratch. Not many minutes later, I saw someone buy something with his phone, though with fewer issues.

It made paying for a $5.93 item with exact change seem almost subversive.
