Try to keep it down.
Some weeks ago, I briefly considered getting rid of my free weight collection on the grounds that I had access to my parents' gym. In thinking about the coming weeks and the looming responsibilities, I'm glad I didn't go through with it. I've been well aware of the comparative luxury I've experienced recently - just taking an hour or so in the middle of the day to do some exercise without worrying about the time commitment on either end of it, before or after.
I've also been thinking of how to keep using it when my days will likely be busy, both at the start and at the end. Changing into and out of workout gear when I'm coming from day clothes isn't anywhere near the same question as doing it from job-type clothes. What I've managed to come up with is the idea of doing the old weightlifting workouts in my apartment in the evenings, working with what's available to me here, and taking at least one serious cardio session at week, maybe two if I'm very strict with when I wake up. Given how much I've found I enjoy using the treadmills, it's entirely possible I can remain committed to it.
