I've taken three rapid tests over the last four days, so it's probably just a bad cold. It certainly feels like one. I biked down to the greenmarket to pick up some elixirs and tonics - whatever their purported health benefits, they make my throat feel better without any added high fructose corn syrup, which makes them worth the money.

Times like this are when I most miss the gym's steam room. It was always a good way to forcibly clear out the sinuses.

Oh no! I hope it is just a cold. Rapid tests can sometimes be useless, unfortunately - I know someone who got two false negatives. :/ In any case, hope you feel better soon!
