I figure that if I can hear birds singing outside my apartment, it's reasonably safe to open the windows again. I'm not going out for bike rides for a few more days, but in my apartment, it's more pleasant to have the window open. Breezes are nice, as is some airflow from the open window combined with the filter-box fan unit.

I'm stocking seltzer in the fridge to have cold drinks, and trying to keep some sense of daily energy. The summer humidity is coming, with little rain so far to wash anything out. I'm waiting patiently and listening.

We finally had a couple of days of slow and steady rain here, that gave us some nice evenings. But I know we're still in drought. Fortunately, we've not caught the air issues where we are.
