I don't mind waiting as long as I have some idea of how long to wait. A package I'd ordered got delayed, and if I'd been told from the outset it was coming next Tuesday, I wouldn't be at all frustrated. As it is, I need to fuss a little bit to get some pressure release.
In somewhat better news, I overbought so many supplies last year - a large unopened bag of almond flour, margarine still in the back of the freezer - there's a little less to worry about for the upcoming week's baking.
