Perseverence.
Three things of note happened today!
The first, I had a difficult and necessary telemedicine session. Taking preliminary steps into something new.
The second, I realized I would love to go to LA again next year. It's a good goal to work towards and gives me a positive outlook for the future. Now to start figuring out which people I know who both love to travel, and can drive.
The third, and most important: I found out that pawpaws, the largest fruit native to North America, that largely resist cultivation...are grown by one farm in Central New Jersey. This is astonishing. I thought I'd have to make a big production, plan for ages, travel to Tennessee or Georgia to try to get a taste of these things, and they're a two-hour drive from me. Give or take eleven months. I know what I'm doing next September.
