Winter's closing in.

There were pumpkins at the farmers market this morning, and geese over the river this evening. It doesn't matter how many more weeks I can buy plums and tomatoes: autumn's officially here.

The apple cider and carnival squash are in at our orchard, which yes, still has a few summer squash and tomatoes too.
