Early spring.

The way to get good sleep without chemical help is, evidently, a warm bed in a cold room. I’m re-learning this in this early spring cold snap, and even if my shoulders hunched up a lot during the day, I may take that for falling asleep more easily.

I don’t think the hunching and clenching is entirely or even mostly the cold. But it’s easily a solid enough chunk of it that it’s very much a trade-off that I can’t quite tell if it’s fair or not. I’ll need a couple more nights to parse it out.

I love a cold room (if the bed is warm enough). Very cozy and sleep-inducing.
